The Home Textils or Made up's units are specialized in manufacturing Fabrics and fabric related products like pillow covers, gloves, bed spreads etc. The companies purchase yarn, estimate the yarn/fabric required to manufacture a specific order quantity of fabric or product and process it. The processing involves dyeing, weaving in case of yarn is bought and fabric is weaved. Fabric also bought from manufacturers and stitched to perfection.

Our ERP facilitates the process from order entry to till the product is delivered to the customer.

Merchandising Module:

The customer's incoming order is fed into the software. A corresponding internal working order is generated, yarn calculation is done, fabric consumption estimation is worked and the estimation is passed on to the production centre.

Purchase module:

Production module:

The estimated yarn is bought and given to the production centre by the stores. The yarn is sent to dyeing as per the production plan, received in, quality checked and again issued to weavers for weaving into fabric. The weaved yarn is then converted to product by stitching.

Packing and delivery:

The finished products are packed in polythene covers, bunched and packed in carton boxes ready for export. The documentation section prints the export documents like packing list, invoice and shipped to the client.
